Everyone likes margarine, no?

To make meals preparation more palatable, most chefs used large amounts of processed margarine as bread spread, cooking methods, baking recipes, or other plausible consumption behaviors.

Margarine is a good alternative because its cheaper than butter, provide similar healthful benefits, longer shelf span, and easier to clean up.

Today’s healthy quote, “Useful products generally need not be heavily marketed by manufacturers. Spot the companies who are actively conducting promotions and tasting surveys!”.

To make your dishes even more palatable, reduced-fat margarines are roasted, shredded, pulped, rolled, or flaked. And, the foods are generally high in added sugar according to (1, 2, 3).

Once again, marketing is creating misconceptions about margarine. No, it’s unhealthy, folks!

These foods are extremely high in calories, and it’s easy to eat in excessive amounts. Several studies link low-fat margarines and reduced-fat butters to weight gain according to (2122).

Margarine is one of the unhealthiest foods that you can consume. Get rid of them. Fake food as an alternative to butter, made up of hydrogenated vegetable oils, contains high trans-fat, even more unnatural than you (ever) fathom.

Chemically induced food should be avoided at all costs. Trans-fat promotes active cells to damage your heart, block blood vessels, and shoot up cholesterol levels.

Consider switching over to natural butter, but it’s still not recommended as a healthy food label.

Good alternatives to processed spread are avocado oil, olive oil, or any products with no trans-fat. You can spread easily on the bread, consume healthily, and remain health in the long haul.

Switch to healthier options such as natural honey or organic sweeteners. Product that comes with salt content usually won’t do good to the body. It’s best to take immediate action in removal of toxin ingredients in your cooking and baking recipes.

You must not continue to buy fake margarine anymore.

Manufacturers leverage on foods that are highly processed to extend shelf life, so it’s harmful to your health to eat them. Many chemicals formed during high-heat cooking have been linked to an increased risk of cancer and heart disease based on (20).

Again, trans fats or monounsaturated fats  will speed up heart disease, cholesterol levels, blood vessel blockage, and chronic health problems.

The New England Journal of Medicine lists 55 conditions that can be caused by eating gluten, including: Cancer, heart disease, osteoporosis, irritable bowel disease, inflammatory bowel disease, fibromyalgia & chronic fatigue, thyroid disorders, enema and epilepsy.

Better if you could completely give up processed spread for a healthier diet.

Tip: Visit your doctor every 2-3 months: check for potential heart diseases, cholesterol levels, gum diseases, chronic health problems etc.

Notice: Go for healthy dieting on a daily basis – quit smoking, avoid sweeteners, use medical mouthwash etc.
